VINEYARD

The soils are rich clay/loam irrigated from the Murray River. The climate if the region allows for long slow ripening of the fruit giving rich intense flavours. The 40 acre property consists of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese and Verdelho grapes.

A remaining portion to the property is planted with a variety of Olive trees.

Stevens Brook have expanded vineyard operations to incorporate a group of vineyards located on the Victorian side of the Murray River located in Torrumbarry. This vineyard produces Chardonnay, Frontignac, as well as main-stream varierals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

The Stevens Brook Focus has always been on quality, hence the vineyards are cropped at 3-4 tonne per acre, providing a balance of intense fruit flavour, varietal strength and terrific overall structure.

Stevens Brook Estate also offer a unique, beautiful and private venue surrounded by beautiful garden areas for weddings and other special occasions.
